Cat Adalay - CEO
Cat went to Queen’s University for Mechanical Engineering. Although she did not graduate, having concluded she did not wish to be an engineer, Adalay learned enough to start her career as an inventor and innovator. She founded her own 3D printing and prototyping company and got involved in many emerging companies and initiatives. Adalay also worked at Dalhousie’s Norman Newman Center for Entrepreneurship where she taught physical prototyping to student startups.
Rachel Carr - COO
Rachel is a Dalhousie graduate from the Bachelor of Management with a minor in Urban Planning. She is a two-time Academic All-Canadian with Dean’s List distinction and played varsity hockey for the Tigers. During her final year at Dalhousie, Rachel held the position of Vice President External of the Dalhousie Management Society. She also ran her own successful photography business, has experience in architectural design and has devoted many years towards teaching and mentoring youth in sport.
Reshmi Puppala - Engineering Lead
Reshmi graduated with a Bachelor of Engineering from Dalhousie University, specializing in mechanical and materials engineering. Her specialization allowed her to gain a technical perspective and acquire skills in areas such as 3D modelling, programming, design process, failure analysis, and root cause analysis.
